The location is excellent and stunning, to motor way. Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with bathroom.

My stay was very very good in winter. The location was perfect and magnificent, near the town for shops, and my bed was comfy. Moreover, it was adjacent to 3 miles from the M50 junction which is one junction from the M5 as well as the farm.

The breakfast was gorgeous and great with the cooked option with cafetiere coffee, cafetiere coffee and toast, and had all you need. The location was good and the rooms were brand-new.

The staff were very very helpful and amicable and the location was excellent to motor way. Besides, Dunstall Castle was 2 km away from the venue. I enjoyed the stay and would love to come back.

Had real good stay in winter. The breakfasts were lovely and very good with toast and cafetiere coffee and a full cooked meal and all the staff was very very helpful. The setting was exceptionally nice, just off the center as well as the farm. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Upton Ham Nature Reserve.

The units are reasonably large with 2 single beds. The location is good, 10 minutes' walk to Church of st Nicholas.
